Prohibited use
You may not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, violate law, harass others, or use the website to infringe rights.
Intellectual property
Original music, recordings, artwork, educational materials, graphics, photographs, videos, Kingdom Radio programming, written content, branding and logos are owned by or licensed to 12 Tribes of Israel Kingdom Music and its creators. They may not be copied, sold, redistributed, republished, modified, broadcast or commercially exploited without authorization unless the website specifically provides permission, such as a print or save feature for a coloring activity.
Music, media and Kingdom Radio
Streaming or listening does not transfer ownership or grant a download, synchronization, public-performance, sampling, resale or redistribution license. Radio programming and controls are provided for personal listening subject to availability.
Kingdom Learning Center
Learning activities and written educational content are provided for personal and family education. Scores and explanations are informational and are not accredited grades, professional instruction or a substitute for parent, teacher or qualified expert guidance.
User submissions
By submitting music, artwork, links, event information or other material, you represent that you own or control the necessary rights and authorize us to receive and review it for the stated purpose. Submission does not guarantee publication, airplay, representation, partnership, compensation or a response. Do not submit confidential material unless separately agreed in writing.
Third-party links
Links to streaming, social, payment and other outside services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
Donations and merchandise
Donations are voluntary and processed by external services. Unless required by law or expressly stated, donations are not purchases and may be nonrefundable. Merchandise has not launched. Product, payment, shipping, return and refund terms will be provided before sales begin; no current page creates a product offer or launch promise.
Educational and religious content disclaimer
Music and educational material reflect the platform’s faith-based perspective and study of Scripture. They are provided for religious, cultural, artistic and educational purposes and are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
Availability and limitation of liability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
